I just wanted express my sincere gratitude in helping me in my recent search for a condo/townhouse to lease.

As you know, we began this search in late April. I had a specific area and type of condo/townhouse that I was looking for. You never suggested any unit that did not fit my criteria.

Due to the various circumstances, I had to start and stop this process several times which caused me to miss out on several opportunities to lease. Through all of the delays, you were always available. You offered your candid opinion which was valuable in my search.

I feel I found a great place to lease during this point in my life with your assistance. Although I plan to stay at this location for a while, should I need help in looking for another lease unit or a for sale unit, rest assured I will contact you.
