Patricia is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Property Manager for Stikeleather Realty and Investments Co. She has been part of the team since 2006 and is honored to serve as property manager of approximately 300 homes.

She obtained her education at Stanly Community College in Albemarle North Carolina graduating with high honors achieving an Associates Degree in both Business Administration and Accounting. Patricia furthered her education by obtaining her Real Estate license in 2008. To continue to serve her clients she attends yearly update classes.

Patricia relocated from New York in 1989 to now call North Carolina her home. She is happily married for the past 27 years. She has 8 daughters ranging in age from 16 to 28. She is also the proud grand parent for 4 grand daughters and 2 grandsons.

Being the matriarch of such a large family has taught her to multitask effectively and juggle many responsibilities. These skills coupled with good education and a talent for communicating well is what makes her an effective property manager.
